Pop-up: Saturday June 21, 2025 10am!!!

At The Huddle. *No one under 18 please. This is the requirement of The Huddle for this pop-up event.

PLEASE NOTE: For this event, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow time for parking, walking, and setting up. This is located at The Huddle in Mountain View at the Google Visitor Experience.

Free and easy parking at:
Shoreline Amphitheatre Parking Lot C, which is located north of the Google Visitor Experience at 1 Amphitheatre Pkwy (~4 minute walk). Please note that parking is not allowed on concert days.
Alta Garage which is located at 1001 Alta Ave (~8 minute walk). EV charging is available at Alta Garage.

While we will not be accepting donations at the event, we ask that you please consider donating as all your donations go directly to supporting and keeping these classes up and running.
**We passionately believe all beings should have access to mental and emotional wellness, so no one is turned way for lack of funds EVER.

Join us for a fun 60 minutes of meditation and yoga!

*Perfect for beginners!
*Seasoned yogis, come deepen your practice as you learn new foundational techniques.
*These classes are designed for all bodies.
*This is for you if would love to learn and practice a little hatha yoga and meditation in a stress-free environment with me (Lisa)!
*If you're new to yoga, these classes will help you feel more safe and confident in the yoga studio.

This is a great opportunity to experience a little bit of my teaching and coaching style to help you awaken to your true self. My purpose is in creating spaces for you to connect to your inner strength and tap into the power of your own self-healing. While weaving in magical hypnotic meditations, I'll help you unravel the subconscious blocks holding you back from manifesting and living the next level of your beautiful, easeful, and abundant life.

I have been teaching and coaching yoga, mindfulness, and mindset since 2010 and I love building community. I am most passionate about helping you establish the link between mind, body & the subconscious and the psychosomatic conditions that seem to hold us back.

Come into community to connect and have fun building and honing an intuitive yoga practice with me. And leave…connecting back to your beautiful self!

Please bring:
1. Yoga mat
2. A blanket for your comfort
3. 2 yoga blocks
4. Water
*We do our best to supply yoga equipment for those who do not have access to them! xox

SPECIAL NOTES:

1. This is a specialized trauma-informed class for anyone moving through trauma, any form of recovery, and healing. There can be brief moments of silence in this class, but that can be hard for some of us learning to feel safe in our bodies again. So there is a ton of guided meditation, visualization, and anxiety releasing techniques to help ease and ground the nervous system. If you are looking for pure silent meditation, this may not be the perfect fit for you. But we love you! Keep on meditating! xox

2. Sometimes this class can go over 60 minutes. I honor and respect your time, and I do my best to hold space so that if you need to leave right at 11a, you feel comfortable doing so.
