Do you like to stitch? Knit, Crochet, Embroidery, Cross stitch, anything that involves textiles?
Want to stitch with other people while enjoying a drink?
This group is for anyone 21+ who is looking to create and wants to enjoy some social time and adult beverages. No matter your age or expertise, everyone is welcome.
Bring whatever project you are currently working on to the meetup and enjoy a drink with other stitchers. There will be no formal projects, but if you want to learn a new skill or technique, share, and we can try to help as well.
If you are an absolute beginner and would like to get started, I suggest picking up a kit to get you started on a project. We typically have people who can help you start on embroidery, crochet, cross-stitch, or knitting. We generally meet on the first Thursday and third Wednesday of the month; however, those dates may change based on holidays. Please double-check dates and location before coming.
No dues or fees will be charged, but you will be responsible for your drinks and supplies. A couple of dollars to help cover the meetup fee is also welcome.
If you enjoyed your time with the group, please consider donating to help cover the annual fee of $300.
