We all wish to break away our individual negative habits and live a life full of joy and enthusiasm. Some of the techniques we've tried in this regard, work partially or for a brief time and we find ourselves back in the same negative habits. In this special talk Michael Fischman will expound on how to use meditation to break the negative patterns to create sustained positive changes.

The session will contain

• A guided meditation.

• Valuable information regarding Sahaj Samadhi Meditation, a personal meditation practice,

• Q&A about personal meditation practice and

• Wellness tips on managing stress and negative emotions

About Michael Fischman

Michael Fischman, is the author of the multi-award winning memoir, Stumbling into Infinity: An Ordinary Man in the Sphere of Enlightenment, and a founding member and former president of The Art of Living Foundation. Michael has been traveling internationally to teach the Sahaj Samadhi Meditation technique (and other advanced stress management techniques) for over 30 years.
