Qi Gong (pronounced: chee-gung) offers a gentle form of exercise designed to help you release tension and stress from the body while cultivating vitality, balance and inner peace. This program is led by Chair Michelle Henninger, a certified Holden Qi Gong Teacher, and caters to all levels. Just wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
