1) Evelyn Elvegaard with Puerto Rico Adventure Eco Park - An outdoor Eco-Adventure park on 230 acres in Caguas featuring 17 family attractions and activities. That has the potential to change the Puerto Rican tourism landscape.

2) Emmanuel Guisset with Outsite is building a network of co-living spaces for the booming segment of remote workers and teams. They currently operate more than 50 properties in 16 cities in 8 different countries. They recently opened a property in Ocean Park (formerly 3 palmas hotel) and are about to open a second one in Isabela. Learn more at Outside.co

3) Also come to listen to wholesaling and residential fix & flip guru, Jerry Norton from Flipping Mastery (300k + youtube subscribers, an education company that has helped students flip over $100 million worth of real estate.) discuss the residential real estate opportunities that he sees across the island.

4. Alex Lightman is an award winning writer, entrepreneur, board member, inventor, and advisor to governments, corporations, and NGOs. He was the first US investor in Africa’s largest agri-fintech, Tingo and served on the company’s board of directors. He was educated at MIT, Harvard and Lund University in Sweden. He is the author and co-author of several books, most recently Augmented: Life In The Smart Lane.
