Join a gratitude workshop meant to help strengthen your gratitude practice via evidence-based methods. Do you jot down what you are grateful for but still don't feel the positive benefits you have heard about? This workshop is perfect for you to learn the best methods!
Studies show gratitude helps lower inflammation, reduces stress, leads to more happiness, strengthens relationships, helps build resilience, and boosts emotional intelligence.
Bring a pen, journal (or paper and something to write on), and something to sit on like a cushion or yoga mat.
