
What we’re about
You’re warmly invited to join us for a mindfulness and meditation gathering, inspired by the teachings of Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
We begin with 45 minutes of sitting and walking meditation. After a short break, we’ll enjoy a talk or reading, followed by group sharing about how mindfulness and meditation shape our daily lives and our interactions with the world around us.
An important part of our practice is creating a space of trust and care. We keep what is shared in confidence, listen deeply, and speak from the heart. This is not a space for debate or giving advice, but a practice of deep listening and loving speech.

No prior experience is necessary. If you’re new, basic guidance in sitting, walking, and breathing meditation can be offered. Just let the meditation leader know before we begin.
