Join us for an afternoon of discovery, flavor, and friendship as San Luis Obispo County Friends of Italy gathers at one of Paso’s most iconic and legendary wineries: Eberle Winery.

We’ll begin with a guided cave tour beneath the vines — exploring 16,000 square feet of winding underground cellars — before settling in for a seated tasting on the Vineyard Deck featuring their award-winning wines, including Italian varietals that speak to our shared cultural roots.
This is an intimate and elevated experience, and space is extremely limited — only 8 guests total.

Eberle is strict about timing and seating, so:

• Arrive on time. The cave tour begins promptly at 3:30 PM — if you miss it, it may not be rescheduled.
• Late arrivals may forfeit their spot. Eberle holds reservations for only 15 minutes before canceling.
• No outside food is allowed during the tasting.
• All guests, including non-drinkers and children, count toward the 8-person limit. This event is best suited for adults.

🕐 Plan on about 90 minutes for the full experience. Arrive a few minutes early to relax and take in the view.
