✨ Discover Il Cortile with Us — Where Italian Roots and Paso Warmth Meet
We’re thrilled to extend an invitation to our first-ever SLOC Friends of Italy dinner in Paso Robles — and we couldn’t imagine a more fitting setting than the beloved Il Cortile Ristorante.
This evening is more than a meal. It’s a moment of connection, discovery, and warm welcome — especially for those in Paso, Templeton, and the North County area who are curious about Italian culture, cuisine, and friendship. Whether you come with a friend or come solo, this gathering is designed to feel like a soulful starting place — a table where everyone belongs.
🍷 We’ll dine on Wednesday, August 27th after our earlier wine tasting event. Our reservation is for 8 people — a small, intimate group that will enjoy Il Cortile’s celebrated atmosphere, seasonal dishes, and one of the most respected wine lists on the Central Coast.
Il Cortile is more than a restaurant. It’s a place where Italian culinary heritage is honored with elegance and intention — house-made pastas, regional ingredients, and warm hospitality make every meal feel like a homecoming. Carole, the owner, knows we’re coming and is warmly welcoming us.
🌿 This evening also marks the beginning of something new: a deeper presence for SLOC Friends of Italy in the Paso Robles region. If you’ve been waiting for the right time or the right setting to step in — this is it.
We’ll order à la carte and pay individually. Please RSVP only if you’re sure you can attend. If something changes, just let us know — we’d love to offer your seat to someone else who’s ready to join in.
### 💬 Curious? New? Unsure if this is for you?
That’s exactly who this dinner is for. You don’t need to know anyone. You just need to show up — hungry for good food, good conversation, and the spark of something meaningful.
Let’s raise a glass to new flavors, new friendships, and the growing Italian spirit in Paso Robles.
We can’t wait to share the table with you.
