A Day of Pasta, Wine, and Friendship — Thursday, Sept. 18

Join SLO County Friends of Italy for an unforgettable afternoon of culinary discovery and community! We’ll experience the full Pasta e Vino Tour created by our friends at Etto Pastificio and Giornata Winery — a pairing of artisan pasta and beautifully crafted Italian-style wines right here in Tin City.

Here’s what’s included for $50 per person - payable to ETTO:

🏭 Guided Tour of Etto Pasta Factory — see how authentic Italian pasta is made, from grain to table.
🍷 Wine Tasting at Giornata — savor the Old World spirit in Paso Robles terroir.

Schedule:

• 1:15 PM — Lunch at Etto Pasta Bar (use your gift card)
• 2:30 PM — Etto Factory Tour
• 3:30 PM — Wine Tasting at Giornata
