Savor the Sunset Together: Italian Potluck in Paso”

Details
Benvenuti, Paso & Inland North County Friends!
Yes, this is for you! We’re gathering in Paso Robles for a special Italian Potluck on the terrace of Beth’s ranchette, with sweeping views of the coastal mountains and a sunset that lingers long into the evening.
🌄 This will be a time to share food, wine, and each other’s company — slowing down to truly be present with one another. Meet new friends who love and appreciate Italian culture like you do.
As we are intending to focus on Paso Robles (in terms of consistent events on the calendar given the large number of people in our database from Paso) this event is for:
People from Towns Often Included in “Inland North County”:
- Atascadero
- Paso Robles
- Templeton
- San Miguel
- Creston
- Santa Margarita
📍 Location: Beth’s Paso Robles ranchette (address shared with RSVP)
🕕 Time: 6:00–8:30 pm (sunset ~6:50 pm)
👥 Capacity: Limited to 20 guests (RSVP only if you truly know you want to be part of this evening; waitlist available)
### What to Bring
- A Dish to Share — choose something Italian-inspired that speaks to you. Antipasti (appetizers), a pasta or main course, or a sweet dolce — all welcome!
- A Bottle to Pour — bring an Italian wine, a Paso Robles wine, or another Italian beverage you love. 🍷
### Seating Note (playful add-on - which do you prefer?)
- Porta una sedia! (Bring a chair!) — While there are some spots to sit, not enough for all 20 amici. A camp chair will make sure you have the best seat for the sunset show.
- Italian feasts are always about abbondanza (plenty)… except maybe chairs! 😅 Bring your favorite camp chair so you can sip, savor, and watch the sun melt into the Paso hills.”
Please label your dish with its name (and your name if you’d like to share credit or recipe love).
This evening is not about games or entertainment — it’s about savoring the food, the wine, the sunset, and each other. 🌟
RSVP soon to reserve your seat at the table.
