Celebrate the Summer Solstice with movement, community, and a whole lot of PRIDE ️

Join Val for a special outdoor edition of Val’s Vibe — a high-energy cardio and movement class designed to make you sweat, smile, and connect. As part of our Summer Solstice Wellness Weekend, we’re bringing the YHC community together outdoors at Out of the Barrel.

This donation-based class will support the San Mateo Pride Center, and Out of the Barrel will also be donating 10% of event sales during the gathering. So grab a friend, stay for a drink after class, and help us celebrate community in all its forms.
All levels welcome. Just bring your energy and good vibes.
