"Power Animals V.1." Collective exhibition

Mayen Gallery is pleased to present "Power Animals V.1." Since time immemorial, human beings have connected with the essential energy of the animal kingdom. Thus, "Power Animals" is a collective exhibition featuring artworks that synthesize the spiritual connection with these creatures of nature. The guide animal, which can emerge in the world of dreams or in everyday life; these living beings, with certain attributes, awaken indescribable feelings in humans. These totemic animals symbolize strength, protection, and providence; they reveal the nature of the clan, of humans, and their lineage; sometimes knowledge that comes from orthodox definitions or pagan beliefs.
This exhibition offers the viewer in the gallery an intimate experience of the artist's connection with his or her power animal, that organic being that lives, feels, and moves by its own impulse; but above all, it is a sacred animal.

Mayen Gallery will exhibit works by renowned artists ALEXODO, JOSEP GARCIA MARSAL, LAURENZ FRUYT, MARÍA JOSÉ PAEZ, and MORGAN. Curatorship: Maureen Aracena.
