Children will learn Surya Shakti, an active form of the Sun Salutation composed of 18 powerful postures. It is designed as a holistic process for physical fitness, mental focus, and emotional stability. “Surya” means “Sun,” and “Shakti” means “energy” - a process to boost energy, and strengthen the system.

Open to Children ages 7-13, No previous experience of yoga required.
Program Timings:
4 sessions of 1.5 hours each.
