Government Canyon SNA Full Moon Hike 🌕

We'll meet at the visitor center pavilion next to the park store.

The fee is $6 if you do not have a State Parks Pass

Please allow a few extra minutes for check-in at the park entrance. You will have to fill out a pass at the entrance if it is unmanned - unless you print your pass out ahead of time.

Hike plan:
We will do a MODERATELY paced hike (around 3miles/hr) for about 6 miles round-trip on the Recharge and Far Reaches trails to the Chula vista Overlook

YOU are responsible for assessing your own fitness level and to have an exit plan if you cannot keep up with the group

This is NOT a beginner hike, there is some rough and sometimes slippery terrain.
