Government Canyon SNA Full Moon Hike 🌕

We'll meet at the visitor center pavilion next to the park store.
**Park in Parking lot A and follow the signs to the visitor center.**
Don't forget your headlamp or flashlight!🔦

The fee is $6 if you do not have a State Parks Pass
Please allow a few extra minutes for check-in at the park entrance.
You will have to fill out a pass at the entrance if it is unmanned - unless you print your pass out ahead of time.
Hike plan:
We will do a MODERATELY paced hike (around 3miles/hr) for about 6 miles round-trip on the Recharge and Far Reaches trails to the Chula Vista Overlook

*Sunset 6:53pm*
Event may be canceled for inclement weather or trail closures, please check back the day of the event for any updates.
This is NOT a beginner hike, there is some rough and sometimes slippery terrain.
