Meet & Greet and Way Forward

Welcome, as this will be my first time hosting the group I have opted to conduct a meet and greet so that our members can get know each other and I would like to follow that up with a fun little design challenge.

We will take this first 15-30 minutes to conduct introductions and discuss skillsets and backgrounds. Following the introductions, I would like to gather input on how to move the group forward and get topic ideas from the membership... While I have a handful of thoughts on topics, I would like to hear from each of you on what you WANT to learn or discuss.
