WHAT WE DO:
Tuesday morning sessions are for the Early birds who like to get there workout done and afterwards continue on with their day. We use movements to challange the full body and to wake you up. Starting out with a warm-up, moving on to a strenght circuit and finishing up with some dynamic stretching 🌅
I try to provide a workout that suits your personal level by incorporating both harder and easier modifications of the exercises.
WHAT IT COSTS:
Welcome to join us, your first time is for free. Later if you enjoy our sessions and want to join us again they will be 6€/ training or you can get a 10 x card for 45€
SIGN UP:
When possible please remember to sign up ether here on meetup, on Instagram, Facebook messages or to me personally. It helps keep a high quality of training 🤗
WHAT TO BRING:
Put on some comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle and if you have a training mat then you can take that along as well. If no, there is always extras.
