Brackenridge Park & Beyond!

Join the Nature Hounds for this all-activity-level stroll around shady Brackenridge Park and perhaps the surrounding areas such as the Japanese Tea Gardens. It's one of our favorites!

We'll shoot for about a 2-3 mile walk around the park's trails and adjacent areas. We can adjust the length depending on who attends and there are plenty of exit points for those who want a shorter walk. These are paved and gravel trails with a few water fountains and restrooms scattered around the area.

The starting point is at Lions Field Park on 2809 Broadway, right next to what used to be the historic "Kiddie Park," across the street from Taco Cabana.
