Welcome to Sanctuary of Souls, a community for those who are interested in exploring the depths of spiritual awakening, healing, mindfulness practices, and exploring diverse spiritual practices. Our gatherings are rooted in mutual support, helping one another move toward inner peace, self-discovery, and meaningful personal and spiritual growth.
Here in this sacred space, we are not afraid to explore topics related to consciousness, UFO and UAP phenomena, paranormal experiences, and unexplained encounters. We believe these experiences whether personal, symbolic, or mysterious... deserve curiosity, respect, and a safe, non-judgmental space for discussion. We honor open-minded exploration while encouraging grounding, discernment, and personal reflection.
As we explore spiritual traditions, philosophies, and emerging theories, we remain grounded in evidence-based thinking, critical reflection, and personal discernment. We value open inquiry while honoring psychological well being, balance, and responsibility in how experiences are shared and understood.

The healing journey can feel lonely, especially when the heart is carrying grief, change, or emotions that are difficult to release. This circle was created as a space where you do not have to hold everything on your own. Here, you are invited to slow down, soften, and begin letting go of what no longer serves your well-being, at your own pace.
Within this supportive space, you are welcome to share what you are experiencing, be truly heard, and connect with others who understand the tender weight of being human. Healing does not require fixing or forcing. It begins with presence, compassion, and allowing yourself to be supported.
Our gatherings include open conversation, gentle reflection, and a calming guided meditation designed to help quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and support emotional release.
This circle is open to those ages 18 and up who are seeking community, encouragement, and a safe place to breathe, release, and heal. We rise together, we hold space together, and we walk alongside one another through the tender moments of growth and letting go.

Stand Your Ground: Take The Bully By The Horns
·OnlineOnlineBullying can leave deep emotional marks such as confusion, self doubt, fear, and silence. This event is designed to help you understand what bullying really is, recognize its many forms, and begin reclaiming your voice and personal power.
During this session, I will define and explain bullying, including the different ways it can show up in relationships, families, workplaces, schools, online spaces, and social groups. Gaining clarity around these patterns is often the first step toward breaking free from them.
I will also share practical and grounded strategies for handling bullying situations, setting healthy boundaries, and protecting your emotional well being. This is not about confrontation or fighting back. It is about clarity, confidence, and choice.
There will be space for participants to share their experiences in a supportive and respectful environment. You are welcome to listen quietly or speak if you feel comfortable. Sharing is always optional.
This event welcomes anyone who has experienced bullying, is currently navigating it, or wants to better understand these dynamics for themselves or others. Together, we will focus on awareness, empowerment, and learning how to stand your ground with strength and compassion.
