I warmly welcome you to a sacred evening of Sound Healing, held in the spirit of Stillness. This is a time to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the surface of our busy lives.
Through the gentle resonance of crystal bowls, gong and guided visualization, we’ll journey inward—grounding into the body, softening the mind, and opening the heart. Inspired by the ancient wisdom, this sound healing honors slow time, deep presence, and the nourishing embrace of Mother Earth.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, restoration, or simply a moment to be held in peace, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
