Can’t do Friday? Go Saturday July 19 at 9am! Maria is leading both!
Location: Bolen Bluff Trail into Paynes Prairie Overlook then Ecopassage Observation Boardwalk, Micanopy, Fl . Option for dinner at a local group preference restaurant.
Leader: Maria Fiedler
Time: Friday hikers -be ready to walk at 5:30 PM. Arrive 15 minutes before to sign-in Assumption of Risk & Greet.
Saturday hikers please be there at 845am to sign in
Description: This will be a brisk 2.7-3-mile hike from shady forest down to Paynes Prairie observation tower/return. Hope to see wildlife at dusk. Park closes at sunset. Watch the sun go down west on Ecopassage Observation Boardwalk. Who knows what we could see on Saturday morning!
Directions: Drive south on SR 441 from GNV. Bolen Bluff entrance will be on your left just after crossing the Paynes Prairie. Look for brown signs. No fee last time when there.

General Information: Bring a hat, water, and snack if you like. Dress to your comfort. Bug spray is always a good idea.
Dogs allowed: NO
