 Paddle Ichetucknee River State Park

Details

Let’s kayak, canoe or paddle board.
Meet me at the North entrance boat launch parking lot at 10:00 am to sign in. Takes about 4.0 hours to paddle down to MID POINT and paddle back up depending on our stops and speed of paddling. Plan for most of the day for this activity.
It’s a clear, cool 72 degrees spring fed river. Bring water and lunch/snacks of your preference.
Bring and wear your life jacket for your safety and comfort level. Experienced paddlers have flipped. Keep your valuables in a dry bag secured to boat! Hat, paddle gloves and sunscreen are highly advised.
Experienced paddlers (NO exceptions) with strong swimming skills.
Be able to get back in your boat if you flip.
