Location: GNV/HAW Rail Trail trailhead at Witness Tree Junction: Intersection of CR 234 and CR 2082 (Rochelle)

Time: Arrive by 10:00 AM at grassy parking lot to sign-in
Description: Learn about the women the trails are named after then take a ~3.5-mile hike on White, Orange and Yellow Trail. Trails are unpaved, in some places muddy, uneven or wet. Exposed roots. Diverse ecosystems. Easy to moderate trail rating level, hiking poles advised.
Directions: Drive east on SR 20 towards Hawthorne 2+ miles past Power’s Park. Turn right (south) at CR 234 towards Rochelle. Merge right onto CR 2082 ~.5 mile, look for parking on the grassy area next to the Gainesville Hawthorne Trail. Maria will be near the picnic table under the huge live oak tree.
General Information: Bring a hat, water, and snacks per preference. Bug spray is always a good idea.
