Photo From phone, dif app. How poor must live.
Well I need to be honest, as much as i like, really love, leading, I doubt I can continue. I just don't have the income($23 monthly, luckily have housing&food). My weekend work opportunity has gone away due to city laws. Illegal to be homeless, but this law limits people doing job to less than $1000 to each project.

Now as there also is NO Bus stop at Regents road entrance, and not sure how far next bus, which i have no money for(see above), stop, I'm not sure how to complete this leg of the Marian Bear Hike series. I've been very lucky to have Philip, our fearless leader, give me rides home. I endured the expen$e of getting to start/Trailheads. I used the money I collect from recycling bottles & cans, $2.50 a day limit by CVS, only place walking distance to my home recycling now(COVID,etc). Sadly after 3rd hike, my Bike completely broke down, and Moped I invested lots of money & time in, engine has gone out. Not willing to "throw more good money after bad". Hopefully in a few weeks of collecting I can afford to have Bike repaired. Parts just literally wore out.

So my hope is that something happens before Monday 3pm.
So that I can lead this leg of the Marian Bear Natural Park series. Maybe something will enable my boss to re-hire me another way. But things are much much more complicated in my working, making income then I can explain here.

So, WE WOULD MEET at Regents Road Entrance, east parking lot, to MARIAN BEAR NATURAL PARK. Near SR52. Again at 4:30pm to be off trail by sundown. We will go to west, past interpretive garden, over creek, through woods, past fields..."to Grandmas house we go"..oops got carried away, gotta laugh/smile!
We will stop at natives planting area, Rose Creek/Rose Canyon Trail & BikeWay area, viewing path construction, new Bike Way, and witness colorful graffiti, then head back same way. I will point out next hike path, which would start same place, but go different paths.
Many birds to hear & see along the way..Red tail hawks, Scrub Jays, spotted towhee, crowned sparrow, mourning Doves, Woodpeckers, CA Quail, mocking bird, hummingbirds and Owls. Critters: many different lizards, squirrels, butterflies, bees, june bugs, beetles, frogs/toads, maybe even skink? Oh, yeah skunk, bobcat, fox, and coyote possibilities too! Few snakes.

Have a GREAT WEEKEND...Remember the BEST & Lasting things are FREE! Sunshine, growing plants, hills, mountains, creeks, ponds, rivers, lake and sea! Critters come to all of them, and maybe even your home too! So listen, be aware, and say "hi!" Scah, scah, as the crow says!

Peace,
~daniel
