Shepherd Ridge - Mission Trails

5 miles, 600ft ascent. No hazards.

Description:
From C.M.B we cross the bridge and head north to take the Rim Trail, then Shepherd Ridge, North Fortuna Perimeter and Shepherd Pond Trails, returning on Rim Trail again. Last did this route 11/23/2023 https://www.meetup.com/sandiegodayhikers/events/297489994

Meet at 9;30am at the eastern end of Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Parking on both sides of the road.

From I-15 take the Clairemont Mesa Blvd exit and head east following the road to the very end.

Wear good hiking shoes, take water, a snack, a hat and sunscreen.
