Description:
Staying close to the coast today.
An out-and-back starts with about 0.5mi blacktop road before the trail proper which travels alongside Los Peñasquitos marsh and creek. An ornithologists delight. Great egret, snowy egret, Northern shoveler, American coot, American wigeon, Prairie falcon have been spotted here. Also deer, coyote & bobcat have been seen. Previously here 8/24.

Directions :
Go North on I-805 and exit 27B towards Sorrento Valley Rd. Turn right onto Vista Sorrento Pkwy, then right onto Sorrento Valley Rd. Left onto Sorrento Valley Blvd., then immediately turn right onto Roselle St. Left on Dunhill St, which becomes Flintkote Ave. Park on side of road just before reaching Estuary Way.

Tips:
