Wild Mans Canyon - Chula Vista

4.5miles, 600ft ascent. No hazards.

Description:
These gentle, open trails are nestled between the Sweetwater reservoir and Mother Miguel mountain in the San Diego National Wildlife Refuge. Nice views looking north to the reservoir. We will turn around at the Tiki Hut.

Directions from San Diego:
Take I-805 South. Exit on CA54 East, then take the Briarwood exit and turn right. Left on Sweetwater Rd, right on Bonita Rd, left on San Miguel Rd, right on Proctor Valley Rd, left on San MIguel Ranch Rd (Mt Miguel Rd), finally left on Paseo Veracruz. Enter Mt San Miguel Park and turn right.
Meet in Mt San Miguel Park by the restrooms.
