Stanley Peak at Daley Ranch

5miles, 850ft ascent. No hazards. Moderately strenuous.

From the parking lot next to Dixon Lake, we hike up to the summit of Stanley Peak. we take Creek Crossing Trail, Coyote Run trail, Diamondback trail, Sage trail, Old Tank trail and Stanley Peak trail.Some good views along the way and from the summit. Previously hiked 3/2024.

FROM SAN DIEGO: Go north on I-15 and exit at El Norte Parkway (after Hwy 78). Follow El Norte Parkway about 3.2 miles east and turn left into La Honda Dr. Follow La Honda Dr. steeply uphill to the entrance to Daley Ranch. The parking area is on the left.
