Overview: Sure, it will be hot, but we can either sit indoors in the AC, or go outside and complain about the carbon emissions of Taylor Swift's private jets. An urban walk, mostly sidewalk but some dirt trails and some hills. Distance about 4 miles. Duration about 90 minutes. THIS IS NOT A CASUAL STROLL. We'll be walking briskly (about 3.2 mph), and the walk includes 600 ft elev gain

Route: Start at Kate Sessions Park, walk through the too-short dirt trail, then into the posh homes of Mt. Soledad. Honestly, a bit boring, but it should be a good cardio workout. Route map in "Photos" section below.

Hazards: It will be hot, so bring a water bottle.

Parking: Free parking on street or in Kate Session parking lot.

Restrooms: In Kate Sessions park.

Start time: Meet at 8:00am, start walking promptly at 8:05am.

Where: 5115 Soledad Rd, inside Kate Sessions park.
