In this 1-hour session, you’ll experience:

💬 Meaningful Conversation – Learn how self-reflection can help you let go of what weighs you down.
🌌 Mind Reset – Discover how to recover your original nature and feel at one with the universe.

No experience needed — just bring an open mind and a willingness to relax. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this class is here to support you.

Hiking Meditation – First Saturday of Every Month | 1–3 PM (PST)
Take a mindful break and join us for an afternoon of movement, nature, and meditation. 🌿 We’ll start with a refreshing hike on one of San Diego’s scenic trails, then pause for a guided meditation led by an instructor with 14+ years of experience from the San Diego Meditation Center in North Park.
If we’re on a shorter trail, we’ll wrap up with some casual connection time at a local coffee or smoothie spot. ☕🥤

### 🏃‍♂️ Meditation Run Group – Scenic 8 Miles to Balboa Park 🌿

Join us for a mindful and energizing run through one of San Diego’s most scenic routes! This group is for runners who want to combine movement, nature, and meditation for a balanced start to the day.

✨ What to Expect

• Gentle stretching and warm-up together at the meditation center
• An 8-mile group run toward Balboa Park, passing the San Diego Zoo and enjoying scenic views with some refreshing hills
• Optional smoothie stop at Better Blendz 🍓🥭
• Return to the meditation center for a short guided meditation to ground and refresh

This is more than just a run—it’s a chance to connect with nature, your breath, and community. All levels are welcome, and we’ll support each other along the way.
