Join our weekly meditation circle to practice mindfulness in a supportive setting. No need to "clear your mind" or "achieve enlightenment" just show up, put in the effort, and see what happens!

A misunderstanding is that the goal of meditation is to cease thinking, or to only have pleasant and wonderful experiences. It isn't that at all, but rather to be free, whatever experience is happening.

ABOUT

These meditation sessions have both guided and silent practice with simple instructions. No religious teachings or new-age fluff.

If you're curious about meditation but hesitant to start, this is for you.
If you already have a practice but want the accountability of a group, this is for you.
If you just want to sit in silence without it being weird, this is for you.

Silence can be hard to bear when you're alone, but it's easier when we do it together!
