Join us Wednesday night for a non-denominational meditation circle.
We'll guide you through light stretching, mindfulness exercises, semi-guided meditation and silent meditation, offering an opportunity to sit through discomfort and engage with awareness as an effortful practice. No need to prepare—just show up, sit, and see what unfolds.
Our theme for the week is "Meditation: Your Mind, Your Medicine." Instead of numbing or fixing, we learn to listen—working with the body, not against it.
What to Expect:
Chairs and floor pillows provided (feel free to bring your own cushion or mat)
Light instruction to support your practice
A welcoming atmosphere, whether it’s your first time meditating or a regular practice.
Optional reflection and discussion at the end.

Arrive at 4:50PM, and be sure to park your vehicle on the street. Please don't park in the Co-op parking lot, as per their policy for events.
