Join us Wednesday evenings for a simple, grounded meditation practice. Nothing to fix. Nothing to achieve. Just a chance to sit, breathe, and see what’s happening without rushing past it.
What to Expect
45 minutes of mindfulness meditation
- First half guided, second half silent
- Optional group reflection afterward (no cross-talk, just honest sharing)
No prior experience needed. No belief system required.
Come as you are. Leave when you need to.

Chairs and cushions provided (feel free to bring your own)
Fragrance-free, non-denominational, and low-key
Donation-based (no one turned away)

Every Wednesday at 6 PM
People’s Co-op Community Room (upstairs near the bathrooms)
Please park on the street. Co-op lot is for shoppers
