Join us Wednesday evenings for a simple group meditation practice. Nothing to fix, nothing to achieve, just a chance to sit, breathe, and see what’s happening without rushing past it.
What to Expect
45 minutes of mindfulness meditation
- First half guided, second half silent
- Optional group reflection afterward (no cross-talk, just honest sharing)
No prior experience needed. No belief system required.
Come as you are.
