This group is for anyone interested in practicing mindfulness in a supportive setting. No need to "clear your mind" or "achieve enlightenment"—just show up, put in the effort, and see what happens.

Our meditation sessions blend guided and silent practice with simple instruction- no religious teachings or new-age fluff.

If you're curious about meditation but hesitant to start, this is for you. If you already have a practice but want the accountability of a group, this is for you. If you just want to sit in silence without it being weird, this is for you. Join us and see how silence is easier together.
