Let's Start the SD Open Source "How to" List

Let's build up some questions, answers, comments, and concerns for the markdown-based SD Open Source website.

1. Make sure the Github repository has clear instructions for contributors so anyone can contribute

2. Choose a basic design/template for the site (Jekyll?, H5BP?, Zurb/Bootstrap/etc.?)

3. Create some content to go on the website
