Katsuya Ko marks the next chapter in the story of Katsuya by sbe, introducing a refreshed, contemporary take on the brand that redefined modern Japanese dining. Located in the heart of La Jolla at Westfield UTC, Katsuya KO blends the culinary excellence that made Katsuya legendary with a relaxed, welcoming energy designed for everyday dining, social gatherings, and effortless enjoyment.
At its core, Katsuya KO is rooted in the vision of Chef Katsuya Uechi, whose influence has shaped some of the most celebrated pan-Asian menus around the world. KO honors that legacy while offering a lighter, more accessible expression of his cuisine — one that feels just as fitting for a casual lunch as it does for a lively dinner with friends.

There will be a $25 deposit to @suzysocal to attend and $20 will go towards your F&B consumed at the dinner.
