Teri will use her gongs to create transformative vibrations, allowing us to experience a deep, unique, and powerful meditation. these ancient therapeutic instruments help release stress, balance the body and brain, and increase an overall sense of well-being.

Teri Wilder is a master of music and meditation. Having studied music and theater at the American Conservatory of Music at Columbia College of Chicago, Teri blends the science of music with the meditative benefits of sound into a perfect harmony.
She is an accomplished Gong Master and Certified Sound Healer. She travels the country with her Songs & Gongs, sharing the music and sounds that support wholeness, wellbeing, creativity, and peace.

The San Diego Reiki Corps was established over 25 years ago with the mission to bring Reiki healing to San Diego county. Today we continue providing Reiki for free at community events and in healthcare settings, and host gatherings to create opportunities for education and connection in community.
