Balboa Park Monday Night Run

ATTENTION! We meet close to the corner of Pan American Rd. E. and Presidents Way, in front of the Comic-Con Museum

The Meetup details:
We will meet up at 6:00 pm in front of the Comic-Con Museum (in/near Pan American Plaza) and start running at 6:15. We generally trickle in, so if you are the only one there at 6:05, wait a few minutes and more will come.

The winter course takes a ~2.5 mi tour along the lamp-lit Prado. Most do two laps for a total of 5 mi. Paces range from low 7 to 10s.

After the run (~7:00 pm), we have a core workout that focuses mostly on your core and back muscles. Bring a towel or yoga mat to keep you off the damp grass. The run is followed by a visit to a nearby brewery, most-often Pure Project on 5th Ave.
