Stress affects all of us. And sometimes we are unaware of the way we react to stress. This may have implications on our career, family, relationships.

The EFT Tapping technique is an evidence-based, mind-body technique which works with the brain's natural mechanisms to "unhook" the events which trigger you from the stress response. You can instead respond more calmly and rationally when people or life throw curveballs.

In honor of Mental Health Improvement Month, I'm offering this workshop at no cost.
