In this experiential workshop, you will learn an evidence-based mind/body technique called EFT Tapping, which can be used to bring down stress quickly, foster calm, and also work on the root causes of your stress responses to reduce your reactivity ongoing.
I will show you the technique, explain the neuroscience how and why it works, and we will use the technique together in the group.
