Join us on Saturday, 2/11/23 at 11:00am at the Mesa Rim Indoor climbing gym (Mission Valley location) for an unforgettable experience with other fun, health-minded people!

• beginners are welcome / no prior climbing experience is necessary
• all ages are welcome from (4) years old to adult
• there are no maximum or minimum height or weight requirements

THIS EVENT INCLUDES:

1. a climbing gym Day Pass (with all day in-out privileges.)
2. Equipment Rental (shoes, climbing harness and all related equipment)
3. and a (2) hour introductory class with an expert climbing instructor
   (at a ratio of just 4 attendees per instructor).

FEE: Although this event is valued at $65 in services and equipment rentals, our fee for attendees is just $32.50 per person.

(The San Diego Success Club will not profit from this even. Instead, we are reserving this event time with the gym in order to pass along the group/event discount price to our SDSC members through this meet-up.)

EVENT: indoor rock climbing gym introductory lesson, rentals and day pass

TIME: This event formally begins at 11:00AM, However, if at all possible, PLEASE arrive between 10:45am-10:50am to complete Mesa Rim's waiver.

(The class will take place from 11:00AM to 1:00PM. However, this event includes a full day pass which will allow you and the group to continue climbing on our own, after the class concludes, throughout the gym facility all the way up to closing time that day. Additionally, in and out privilages are allowed with the day pass. So you can leave for lunch, for example, and still return to climb more later that afternoon.)

INCLEMENT WEATHER: As this is an indoor event, it will be taking place rain or shine.

OBJECTIVE: To create an opportunity for beginners to experience climbing in a safe, professional, fun and friendly indoor gym environment with a positive, like minded and supportive group at a significantly discounted cost, and for more experienced climbers to enjoy interaction and fellowship with other beginning and experienced climbers.

DIFFICULTY: The (2) hour class is designed for first time or beginning climbers. So no prior experience is necessary for attending this event.
(More experienced climbers can choose between attending the full class, or going to climb directly after meeting with the group.)
