We are sharing various mindfulness and meditation events around the greater Atlanta area. A little history:
Sandy Springs Insight Meditation met for nearly 14 years mostly at the Universal Unitarian UU Northwest Atlanta church, but ended in 2023.
We have shared many meaningful experiences and made strong personal connections with so many of you over the years. We are deeply grateful for your friendship and your willingness to study and practice the precious dharma. We hope to stay connected with you and wish you all the best in life and on the path.

Sand Mandala Spiritual Art Creation and Meditation with Buddhist Monks
Chua Quang Minh, 1168 Benteen Ave SE, Atlanta, GA, USGrant Park Meditation, Atlanta's Intown Mindfulness Group at Quang Minh Temple, welcomes you to a special event in March 2026: the Mystical Arts of Tibet and Tibetan Buddhist monks will create a stunning sand mandala made from millions of grains of colored sand!

Avalokiteshvara Great Compassion Puja and Dharma Talk with Geshe Ngawang Phende, 7:00 PM-9:00 PM

Whether you're new to Buddhism or have an established practice, this evening offers a heartfelt and practical exploration of how to live with compassion, clarity, and courage.Open to all. No prior experience necessary. Come for any portion you are able to.
