Walk by the Chattahoochee River from Interstate North Trailhead

I'm bringing this one back for a Monday in which I'm going to be over in the area. It's easier to park here when most people are at work. After work or weekends, you probably can't find a parking space in this parking lot. This is an easy going walk by the river then a little bit in land. Almost entirely flat. A little over 3 miles for this one. I enjoyed the experience last time I walked it. It's part of the National Park service, so you do pay to park here. I have a pass. I'm going to give everyone who signs up a chance to arrive then leave by 9:05. There are bathrooms at the far end of the loop at a parking lot. I don't know how fast we'll go. I was heavily distracted by the scenic river the last time I walked here. Then you could pack a breakfast if you feel like eating by the river. I haven't seen a chattagator yet. The surface is mostly dirt and some gravel. Great if you're retired or work at night and still want to walk with a group during the week. If it rains, I'll change the date.
