This is a low-key gathering for engineers who think about systems, structure, and architecture and want to talk about it with people who actually get it.

We meet at a simple coffee shop.

No fancy presentations.
No strict agenda.
No one is selling anything.

Just a small group of engineers having the conversations that don't fit into sprint planning or Slack threads:
→ How do you manage complexity as a codebase grows?
→ What does good architectural decision-making actually look like?
→ How do you communicate structural risk to people who don't write code?
→ What have you tried that worked — or spectacularly didn't?

Who this is for:
Staff and Principal engineers, Architects, Engineering Managers, and anyone who's ever stared at a system diagram and thought "this is going to be a problem."

Who this is NOT for:
Recruiters, salespeople, or anyone who wants to hand out business cards.
All experience levels welcome. You don't need to have answers and curiosity is enough.
First coffee is on the group.
