What we’re about
Meet other San Francisco Bay Area dads! Stay-At-Home Dads, working dads, part-time at home dads, work from home dads, freelance dads, and involved fathers in and around the SF Bay Area to socialize and interact with other guys who enjoy spending quality time with their kids.
Our primary goal is to form an inclusive & active community of all fathers to take advantage of what the Bay Area has to offer. Organized meet up events are offered several times per week at a local park/playground, museum, playgym, children's venue, parent & me class, zoo, restaurant, or someone's playroom/living room. We aim to schedule and promote evening events as well without our children for a dads night out or educational workshops.
There are not enough resources, social outlets, support groups, or services for dads in San Francisco. This group is the pioneer in achieving more for dads in San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.

See all- Wednesday Play Day at Glen Park Rec CenterGlen Park Recreation Center, San Francisco, CA
Stay at home dads unite! Come out to the Glen Park Rec Center on Wednesday, December 11 for toddler play time in the main gym. There are a ton of toys and space for kids to play with, and often times activities like crafts and storytime.
Matt, the main organizer of SF Dads Group, has been a regular at Glen Park Rec Center's toddler time for around two years. SF Dads Group had some great times here over the past few months, and we're so glad this is becoming a regular recurring event.
Glen Park Rec Center is located near the Glen Park BART Station and the 44 bus line. There is also street parking usually available in the neighborhood.
It's recommended (though not required) that upon arrival at the Rec Center, you either show your free Play Pass card or sign up for one by bringing your photo ID and quickly going through the process at the front desk. More info here.
LMK in the comments if you have any questions, and hope to see you there!
