Are you tired of living this way everyday? Are you interested in taking charge of yourself and ready to shift your perspective ?
By the end of the session you will be equipped with tools to work on
- Overcoming self-doubt/ self hate
- How to incorporate self-love in daily life.
- How to become Self aware of our thoughts
- Building Self esteem
No need to bring a yoga mat or anything to sit on, chairs will be provided!
We will be located in a conference room at the back of the library. Upon entering, you can ask for guidance from the front desk. Our conference room will be all the way at the back
