“Gues who’s back, back again?”
Its me!🕵️‍♂️

All are welcome to join our Sangha for an hour of connection and group meditation!

We like to read quotes, especially positive quotes, because they are concise sentences that express wisdom and awaken motivation, inspiration and happiness.

Quotes are powerful because they are able to convey a message or an idea in just a few words. They can be inspiring, thought-provoking, or even humorous. They can also be used to provide a sense of perspective or to remind us of important truths.

Motivating quotes have such a powerful effect on our minds and emotions. We are drawn to them because they speak directly to our need for hope. They give us a sense of control and make us feel like everything will be okay. And, in many cases, they remind us that we are not alone in our struggles.

Inspirational quotes can help motivate us and create a positive outlook on life and work when we need it most. They do so by harnessing the power of positive thinking. Reframing our brains to think positively is a key step in leading a happy and successful life.

Quotations not only serve to reinforce your claims and boost your credibility, but they also have the potential to stimulate the mind and unlock a more intimate connection with your audience. A great quote encapsulates an idea or thought, it can clarify, enlighten or inspire.

This week bring two quotes that you feel have impacted you in someway. Motivational, inspirational, humorous anything that tugs at your heart strings, makes you think, brings clarity or perspective. It could be from a book, a movie, a song, a speech, anything that just caught your attention. We can’t wait to hear what everyone’s favorite quotes are! (You can bring these quotes with you, or aend it to me as a message) 😊
