Heart Expansion: Love Without Losing Yourself

Please note location is the library on Josey and Hebron.

Open your heart without abandoning yourself. Explore unconditional love, discernment, self-honor, and boundaries that protect your truth.

As the heart opens, we may experience a deeper capacity for compassion, forgiveness, connection, and unconditional love. But an open heart does not mean an unguarded heart—and loving someone does not require losing ourselves in the process.

This conversation explores the sacred balance between love and discernment, compassion and boundaries, openness and self-honor. How do we remain loving without overgiving? How do we forgive without returning to what harms us? How do we honor another person's journey while still honoring our own?

Sometimes spiritual growth can lead us to believe that unconditional love means accepting everything, tolerating everything, or remaining available to everyone. But perhaps true heart expansion includes learning to say yes with love and no with love.

Together, we will explore what it means to live with an expansive heart while remaining rooted in our own truth, needs, values, and boundaries.

This is an invitation to discover that boundaries do not close the heart—they give the heart a safe place from which to love.
